Mamta Superspeciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and reliable

Finance Advisor

to guide the hospital management on financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and cost control. The candidate will play a key role in improving financial performance and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic financial advice to hospital management Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Analyze financial data and suggest cost-saving measures Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory regulations Guide accounts team on best financial practices Support management in investment and expansion planning Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualification:

CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with strong experience

Minimum

5-8 years of relevant experience

(hospital/healthcare preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial laws Proficiency in

Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools

Excellent analytical and advisory skills Good communication and leadership abilities
