FinLead is seeking a Finance & Administrative Controller to manage accounts, compliance, payroll, and office administration for our group companies. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, coordinating with auditors, handling statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA), and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include preparing payroll, maintaining employee and statutory records, managing company documentation (agreements, contracts, filings), and overseeing office administration. This is a hands-on role with direct interaction with management and a chance to take ownership of finance and administrative functions.
Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com (CA Inter/CMA preferred) with 3-4 years of experience in accounts, compliance, and office administration. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and MCA compliances, along with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, is essential.
