We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Finance & Admin Executive
to oversee daily financial activities, manage general administration, and support core HR processes. This multi-functional role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including petty cash
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits
Monitor budgets, expenses, and ensure timely vendor payments
Liaise with external accountants and financial consultants
Administration:
Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance
Handle travel arrangements and other logistics
Maintain company documentation and filing systems
HR Support:
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Track attendance, leave, and support payroll inputs
Help plan employee engagement and welfare activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of HR processes and basic labor compliance
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally/QuickBooks preferred)
Strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills
