The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Finance & Admin Executive
to support our finance and accounting operations. This role requires a foundational understanding of accounting principles, meticulous record-keeping, and strong organizational skills. In addition to finance responsibilities, the role will support administrative functions, including document management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and book-keeping tasks
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including data collection and variance analysis
Assist in cost analysis to support management decision-making
Assist in taxation and statutory compliances, including return filing and documentation
Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors for transaction clarifications and reconciliations
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain logs for cash flow
Prepare and maintain ledgers; ensure entries are recorded accurately
Assist in preparing year-end financial statements and statutory accounts
Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts (creditors, debtors, bank, intercompany, etc.)
Manage overall administrative and office operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination and cost related matters
Manage PMS tool and coordinate with employees on regular basis
Experience:
1-2 year of experience in accounting or finance functions
Familiarity with general accounting processes, taxation, reconciliations, admin, operations and documentation
Exposure to accounting software and management preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and administrative processes
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Accounting Software preferred knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, PoweBI or similar tools
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and office operations
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Organizational and time-management skills for managing time-sensitive tasks
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Strong verbal/written communication and coordination skills
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
