Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Finance & Accounts Manager (CA only)

to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for a

Logistics & Trade Services

organization. The role includes financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cost control, and team management, with direct involvement in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete accounting operations, AP/AR, GL, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Ind AS/GAAP) Handle budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis Ensure statutory compliance - GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, audits Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Lead and mentor the finance team across locations Support management with MIS, pricing, tenders, and business analysis

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance Experience in logistics, import/export, transport, or trade services preferred Proficiency in Tally/SAP/ERP and advanced Excel Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
