Finance & Accounts Manager*

Location: Udaipur

Reporting To: Founder / Head of Finance (later stage)

Compensation: ₹6-8 LPA

Role Overview

As the Finance & Accounts Manager at IcconX, you will be responsible for building strong financial discipline in a fast-scaling D2C lifestyle brand. You will manage day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance, maintain investor-ready MIS, and provide insights that help the company scale to ?100 Cr+ revenues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Compliance

Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Handle GST, TDS, ROC, and all statutory filings. Ensure timely vendor/customer reconciliations.
2. Financial Control

Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable. Oversee payroll disbursements & reimbursements. Monitor bank transactions, cash flows, and reconciliations.
3. Management Reporting (MIS)

Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Track key KPIs: Gross Margin, Marketing ROI, Working Capital. Support founders with investor-ready dashboards.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting

Track expenses vs budget across departments. Assist in quarterly forecasts aligned with sales growth. Flag cost overruns and variances early.
5. Working Capital & Inventory Finance

Monitor inventory cycle Suggest financing options (short-term WC loans, vendor credit). Track funding requirements as per growth trajectory.

Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred. 3-6 years of experience in accounting & finance. Exposure to D2C/e-commerce/startup environment is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian Accounting Standards. Hands-on with Tally/Zoho/and Excel.

Growth Path

Foundation Stage: Hands-on accounting, compliance, MIS. Growth Stage: Oversee a finance team, interface with auditors & investors. Scale Stage: Can grow into Head of Finance / Controller role as IcconX scales beyond ?100 Cr.
