Role Overview:
The Finance & Accounts Manager will serve as a strategic finance leader, responsible for establishing a strong financial governance framework, structuring and mentoring the finance team, and ensuring complete alignment of finance operations with management objectives. The role demands ownership of financial discipline, compliance, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional coordination across
India and USA operations.

Key Responsibilities - Finance & Accounts Manager
Oversee and manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for office, warehouse, and export operations
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure timely preparation of
financial statements (P&L)
and
MIS reports
Manage export finance and trade accounting for flower and pooja products, including verification of export documentation, shipment expenses, and realization of export proceeds
Monitor and reconcile foreign currency transactions, export incentives, and bank realizations
Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws
Oversee preparation, review, and timely filing of all statutory returns and regulatory submissions
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, banks, and statutory authorities
Manage USA accounts and finance operations, including coordination with overseas accounting firms, banks, and tax advisors
Oversee intercompany accounting, fund transfers, and consolidation of India and USA financial statements
Supervise warehouse and inventory accounting, ensuring accurate stock valuation, reconciliation, and control over wastage and losses
Monitor procurement, logistics, storage, and distribution costs to support effective cost management
Manage banking operations, cash flow planning, and working capital requirements across India and USA entities
Oversee vendor payments, customer receivables, and statutory dues to ensure timely settlements
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and analyze variances against actuals
Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
Skills Required:
Establish and implement a
structured finance and accounting framework
aligned with organizational goals and management directives
Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to senior management
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team to ensure high performance and compliance
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within the finance function

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / master's degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum:
8-10 years
of overall experience in Finance & Accounts
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred & Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
Experience in export accounting and foreign currency transactions
Prior experience in
export-oriented, FMCG, Agri-based, or manufacturing companies
