This role requires prior experience working in a
Chartered Accountant's office
and the ability to
independently execute accounting and compliance responsibilities
with high ownership, discipline, and accuracy.
The position involves managing compliances for
LLPs and Private Limited Companies
, coordinating with external professionals when required, and contributing to continuous improvement through
research and process optimisation
, including the use of
technology and AI in finance and compliance

This is a

founder-led organization

Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Accounting & Finance Operations
Maintain books of accounts and finance operations for
group entities
Manage accounting for
founder personal finances and investments
Prepare periodic financial summaries, reconciliations, and internal reports
Ensure accuracy, discipline, and completeness of financial records
Maintain audit-ready documentation and structured records
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
Independently prepare and file
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Independently prepare and file
TDS returns
(24Q, 26Q, etc.)
Ensure timely compliance across all statutory obligations
Track compliance calendars and ensure no deadlines are missed
Handle notices, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Coordination & External Liaison
Coordinate with
Chartered Accountants, auditors, and advisors
for:
+ Filings and assessments
+ Audits and reviews
+ Regulatory clarifications Support smooth closure of audits and assessments with proper documentation
Research, Process Improvement & AI Adoption
Conduct structured research on the use of
AI and technology in accounting, audit, taxation, and corporate law
Identify opportunities to improve
efficiency, accuracy, and process discipline
Support implementation of better systems, documentation standards, and workflows
Eligibility / Qualifications

Mandatory prior experience working in a

Hands-on experience in:
