As Finance Manager for MGID India, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational continuity, and statutory compliance for our India entity. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage core finance processes, and contribute to building a reliable and scalable financial function within a global, fast-evolving AdTech environment.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end statutory compliance, including GST and TDS filings, reconciliations, and regulatory submissions. Manage accounting operations in Tally, ensuring accurate entries, reconciliations, and monthly close processes. Coordinate with auditors and external consultants during statutory, tax, and internal audits. Oversee payroll operations, including statutory contributions and employee tax compliance. Support corporate governance through ROC/MCA submissions and maintenance of required documentation. Ensure timely completion of RBI/FLA reporting and support cross-border banking documentation. Conduct vendor verification and support onboarding with basic KYC checks. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and summaries for local and global finance teams. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align processes and maintain consistent financial standards.

Who You Are

You have

6+ years of progressive experience

in finance, accounting, or compliance in India, ideally within a multinational or professional services environment. You are proficient in

Tally

and possess strong knowledge of

statutory compliance requirements (GST, TDS, ROC/MCA, PF, PT)

. You demonstrate strong analytical capability, accuracy, and attention to detail. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing deadlines independently. You communicate clearly in English and can confidently interact with cross-functional teams. Experience in digital, technology, or AdTech/MarTech industries is an advantage.
