Hiring: Finance and Accounts Manager/ Sr. Accountant

Salary:

up to ?75,000 (Depending on Experience)

Location:

Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur

Industry Preference:

Real Estate / Construction (Others with relevant experience may also apply)

Education:

Graduate in Commerce or related field

Key Requirements:

Minimum

7 years of experience

in accounting Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and overall accounts finalization Experience in

real estate or construction industry

preferred Ability to manage a team, handle multiple projects, and work independently Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation Prepare balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, MIS, and complete financial statements Manage GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and all related filings Lead accounts finalization, conduct internal/self-audits, and coordinate with statutory auditors Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and financial documentation Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, expenses, and variance analysis Ensure accurate contractor billing, vendor reconciliation, and site expense tracking (real estate/construction) Supervise, guide, and manage the accounts team to ensure timely closing of books Ensure timely vendor payments and receivables follow-ups Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
