We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Finance & Accounts to lead our financial operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health of our projects and supporting our strategic initiatives in automation and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for IT projects.
Manage project financials, including cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to ensure project success.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance and project budgets.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and project outcomes.
Monitor cash flow and working capital, making recommendations for improving financial efficiency.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
Professional qualification as an MBA-Finance, Cost Accountant (ICWA), etc
Minimum 5-10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within the IT Integrator or automation and solution providing sectors.
Strong understanding of project finance and accounting principles, including cost management and budgeting.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
