Job Overview:

Brainwire Business Analytics is seeking an experienced

Finance & Accounts Manager (CA)

to lead and manage the organization's finance and accounting functions. This role encompasses financial reporting, statutory compliance, team leadership, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger management Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, dashboards, financial ratios, and analytical insights for management Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities Establish and maintain effective internal controls, processes, and SOPs Manage treasury functions, bank transactions, and cash flow operations Monitor expenses, assist with budgeting, and implement cost-control measures Support senior management in business planning, financial strategy, and decision-making

Skills & Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory (

CA Inter-qualified candidates will also be considered

) Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance Proven experience in leading and managing a finance/accounts team Proficiency in Tally or other ERP systems, advanced MS Excel, and financial reporting tools Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
