who can take complete ownership of day-to-day financial operations and bring clarity, discipline, and visibility to the company's finances as we scale multiple products and brands.
This role works closely with the founder and leadership team and is critical to maintaining financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting, billing, invoicing, and collections
Track cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables on a regular basis
Handle GST filings, statutory compliance, and coordination with CA/auditors
Prepare monthly financial summaries, MIS reports, and basic forecasts
Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning decisions
Ensure financial records are accurate, organised, and audit-ready
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience in accounting, billing, and financial operations
Working knowledge of GST, compliance, and Indian accounting practices
Comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets
High attention to detail, integrity, and ownership mindset
Ability to communicate numbers clearly to non-finance stakeholders
