Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including payables, receivables, ledger, and reconciliations
Prepare Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and MIS reports
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Handle BGs, LCs, and bank/loan documentation
Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and respond to assessments
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Maintain tax documentation and timely filings
Lead and supervise the finance team for accurate financial closure
Collaborate with projects and management for cost and cash flow planning
Implement and monitor internal financial controls
Preferred candidate profile
M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
10+ years experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Construction/Infrastructure/Manufacturing
Strong in financial & project accounting, taxation, budgeting, cost control, and audit compliance
Proficient in ERP / Tally and MS Excel
Experience with Bank Guarantees (BGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), loan documentation, and tender/contract accounting
Proven team leadership and supervision skills
Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
