Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end accounting and finance operations

of the company.

Manage

Tally and ERP accounting systems

efficiently.

Oversee

accounts payable and receivable

,

bank reconciliation

, and

cash flow management

.

Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

.

Ensure

compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements

.

Coordinate with

banks, auditors, and financial institutions

for various business transactions.

Monitor

budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

.

Supervise

billing, invoicing, and project cost accounting

.

Support

management with financial analysis and reporting

for decision-making.

Maintain

accurate financial records and documentation

.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

Tally, ERP systems

, and

Microsoft Excel

.

In-depth understanding of

accounting principles, financial regulations, and audits

.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Languages:

English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil

(multilingual candidates preferred).
