Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to handle complete financial operations, statutory compliance, and business performance analysis for our logistics & trade services business.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, GL & bank reconciliation Prepare monthly/annual financial statements (Ind AS/GAAP) Budgeting, forecasting & cost/profitability analysis Ensure GST, TDS, IT & statutory compliance Monitor cash flow, working capital & banking operations Lead & mentor finance teams across locations Prepare MIS reports & support management decisions Handle statutory/internal/tax audits

Skills & Requirements

Qualification:

CA Inter / CA

Experience:

4-5 years

in Finance & Accounts Industry exposure:

Logistics / CHA / Transport / CFS preferred

Proficiency in

Tally / SAP / Oracle

, Advanced Excel & MIS Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & finance laws Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

CA Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
