Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger
Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, dashboards, ratios, and analytical insights
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
Establish and maintain effective internal controls, processes, and standard operating procedures
Manage treasury functions, bank transactions, and cash flow operations
Monitor expenses, assist with budgeting, and implement cost-control measures
Support senior management with business planning, financial strategy, and decision-making
Skills & Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA)
mandatory
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
Proven experience in leading and managing a finance or accounts team
Proficiency in Tally or other ERP systems, advanced MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
