About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance & Accounts Lead -Hospitality Sector

to oversee the complete financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and finance, preferably within the hospitality sector, and the ability to ensure compliance, manage budgets, and provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other regulations. Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. Conduct cost analysis, variance studies, and cash flow management. Handle tax filing and ensure timely statutory submissions. Use

Tally ERP

for daily accounting and financial reporting.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and advanced

MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, financial modeling). Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing, and financial standards. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in hotel or hospitality finance operations. Familiarity with CRM or advanced accounting software.
