Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
Bookkeeping, data entry & financial record maintenance (Excel, Tally, Deskera & ERP)
Maintaining sales, purchase & expense records
Data input in Tally ERP 9/Deskera /ERP
Customer billing, tax invoices & estimate preparation
Tracking & recovering accounts receivables for installations, charges & Internet plans
Daily reconciliation of all payment gateway ledgers with company bank statements
Handling banking & cash transactions; issuing payments
Maintaining financial spreadsheets & daily software backups
Preparing GST data for filing
Preparing data for DoT filing, ITR filing, HR & salary calculations
Contribution to finalising accounts for Proprietorship, Pvt Ltd & LLP entities
Inventory & Stores Management
Managing & maintaining inventory, stocks & store records
Tracking allocated equipment (teams, technicians, customers, software)
Maintaining records for network management equipment & hub maintenance
Monitoring pricing, placing orders & updating inventory databases
Supporting tracking, reconciliation & process streamlining
Business & Operations Support
Revenue development & cost-control activities
Preparing daily Excel sheets, statements & reconciliations
Customer service coordination regarding new installations & services
Sending business estimates for Internet, CCTV, power backup & networking solutions
Participating in daily team meetings & broader business development initiatives
Supporting management on developmental projects & additional duties as assigned
Day-to-Day Activities
Tally/Deskera accounting entries
GST/tax invoice collation & emailing
Bank reconciliation & ledger updating
Accounts receivable follow-ups
Customer interactions & estimate sharing
Inventory tracking & logging
Ensuring daily software backups are completed
Maintaining confidentiality of all accounts & financial records
Requirements
Mandatory
Minimum
2 years' experience
in finance/accounts in an office environment
Strong proficiency in
Tally
,
MS Office
, &
Excel
Good understanding of data entry, bookkeeping, GST, billing & reconciliation
Strong written & spoken English
Ability to work independently in a busy office
Preferred
Experience with
Deskera/CRM & ERP software
Supervisory/managerial experience
Experience in ISP, tech or fast-paced commercial operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
