Key Responsibilities:
u Lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Indian statutory laws and internal policies.
u Manage
project accounting
, including
job costing, billing, revenue recognition
, and
retention tracking
across multiple contracts and service verticals.
u Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
, budget forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analyses.
u Oversee and control
project cash flows, working capital
, and
fund management
to ensure optimal liquidity for operations.
u Supervise compliance with
GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Labour Cess
, and other regulatory requirements under Indian law.
u Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax advisors, banks, and government authorities.
u Support business development and estimation teams with
pricing inputs, margin analysis
, and
commercial terms
during bid submissions.
u Implement or upgrade
ERP/accounting systems
for efficient project and finance management (grow smart similar platforms).
