Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Ensure monthly and quarterly reporting of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain adherence to statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.

Audit:

Handle Internal audit and Statutory Audit.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the finance and accounting teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to assess financial

Due Diligence and IPO experience:

Cash Flow & Capital Management:

Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize capital structure

Report:

AR, AP, Banking & Investments, GL ,and FA.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

CA

Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a big4 or listed company.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: CFO Direct Reports: Finance Managers, Accountants, Internal Auditors

Preferred Attributes

Experience in corporate finance and investor relations. Familiarity with accounting standards (IndAS). Proven track record of driving financial efficiency and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
