Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, MIS, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor event budgets, revenue projections, and cost optimization.
Ensure accuracy in accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
2. Team Leadership & Monitoring
Lead and supervise the accounts team for daily operations, accounting entries, and financial processing.
Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure process compliance within the team.
Provide guidance and training to maintain updated knowledge of accounting standards and industrial practices.
3. Vendor & Client Financial Coordination
Review vendor quotations, event budgets, and release payments based on work completion and approval.
Monitor vendor payments, outstanding balances, and ensure negotiations and accuracy of billing.
Ensure timely client invoicing and follow up for payments to improve receivable cycles.
4. Audit & Compliance
Conducting event audit with coordination of client.
Ensure all audit documentation and supporting evidence are prepared and accurate.
5. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain statutory registers and records as per applicable laws.
Monitor updates in taxation and compliance relevant to the event industry.
6. Event-Based Financial Oversight
Track financial aspects of ongoing events including budgeting, advances, vendor settlements, and reimbursement claims.
Ensure accurate billing and settlement post event completion.
Validate expense claims and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
7. Collections & Follow-Ups
Oversee client collections, outstanding receivables, and follow up for timely payments.
Maintain ageing reports and escalate long-pending receivables when necessary.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
