Oversee full Accounts & Finance operations (AP, AR, Banking, GST, TDS).
Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and budget vs actual reports.
Handle manufacturing costing, BOM costing, WIP, and inventory valuation.
Manage cash flow, working capital, bank coordination, and fund planning.
Ensure statutory compliance and timely return filings.
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Monitor receivables, vendor payments, and ledger reconciliations.
Lead and supervise the accounts team; ensure timely book closure.
Team handling: Allocate tasks, monitor performance, support training & development.
Implement process improvements and ERP-based accounting.
Required Skills & Qualification
CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / M.Com o 8-12+ years' experience (minimum 5 years in manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, costing, and inventory accounting.
Proficient in Tally Prime / SAP / ERP systems.
Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Currently working in a company with ?100 Cr. or above annual turnover.
