Job Summary

Rezmytrip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Accounts Head

to manage and oversee the company's accounting operations for both

India and UAE entities

. The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in

Tally, Advanced Excel

, capable of leading a team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete accounting operations for

India & UAE accounts

Maintain and manage

offline and online accounting data

accurately and on a timely basis Finalization of accounts, ledgers, balance sheets, and MIS reports Daily working on

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Strong command over

Advanced Excel

(H-Lookup, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting) Supervise and guide the accounts team; ensure smooth workflow and task allocation Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, basic UAE compliance knowledge preferred) Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for audits and financial reviews Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports Handle pressure situations, deadlines, and multiple tasks efficiently Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

Tally & Accounting Fundamentals

Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel

(mandatory) Team leadership and people-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Good communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification & Experience

Minimum

3 years of experience in Accounting

Minimum

1 year of team-leading experience

CA Inter / CA Intern
