Job Title: Financial Accountant (Tally & GST)

:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant with strong expertise in Tally and GST to handle day-to-day accounting, taxation, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GST compliance, bookkeeping, and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete accounting operations using Tally Prime

Manage GST filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledger entries

Gather and monitor financial data such as sales revenue, expenses, and liabilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L)

Perform month-end and year-end closing processes

Manage tax payments and statutory compliance

Assist in tax audits and internal audits

Prepare company-wide and department-wise budgets

Monitor and report accounting discrepancies

Analyze financial trends and forecast costs and revenues

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime

In-depth understanding of GST compliance & returns

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

Good time-management and organizational skills

High level of accuracy and confidentiality

Education & Certification

Any degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field

Tally Prime / GST certification will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience as a Financial Accountant or Accounts Executive

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
