Job Overview:

We are hiring a

full-time Accountant

with

2-3 years of accounting experience

to join our growing team in

Madurai (Kappalur)

. This role is ideal for candidates skilled in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, GST filing, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, tax compliance, and financial reporting

. The selected candidate will handle

day-to-day accounts, statutory compliance, and audit coordination

.

Key Responsibilities:

GST Filing & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on schedule.

Tally ERP Operations

- Record sales, purchases, journal entries, and expenses.

Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily transaction records with accuracy.

Bank Reconciliation

- Match and reconcile bank statements regularly.

Financial Reporting

- Assist in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

Tax Management

- Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations

.

Audit Assistance

- Support internal, statutory, and tax audit processes.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

2-3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.

Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, GST filing, MS Excel

.

Knowledge:

Understanding of

Indian accounting standards, GST laws, TDS, and tax compliance

.

Education:

B.Com or equivalent in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Attributes:

Detail-oriented, organized, with good communication skills.
