Description: Finance:

To prepare working reports required by the banks and rating agencies.
To check and prepare stock statements and drawing power calculations.
To ensure no revenue leakage in terms of finance cost to the company.
To check and confirm letter of credit from all the customers, obtain rates for discounting.
To prepare cash flow planning, loan management, limit payment and utilization planning for procurement planning.
To check & update SOFR rates
To ensure timely payments to all the vendors.
To check and prepare documents for availing various facilities from bank such as letter of credit, bank guarantee, buyer\xe2\x80\x99s credit, foreign currency loan etc.
To monitor all finance transactions, accounting, costs.
To timely ensure all banking, RBI, finance, fema compliances.
To ensure timely bill of entry/shipping bill submission to respective banks.
To ensure fund availability in account of all EMIs, loan repayments, statutory obligations, cheques issued.
To prepare all MIS reports.

Skills: Additional Requirements-

Person should have proficient knowledge of MS Excel MS Word, Power Point & Tally ERP 9.
To assist in implementation of new ERP- Microsoft Business Central.
Good communication skills. (Able to communicate in Hindi, English and Marathi).
