Responsibilities:

Data Entry in Tally for Sales Booked in Momence Revenue & Sales reconciliation on Daily basis (Reco between sales invoices generated (Momence & receipt in Bank) Closing Monthly Sales with all Merc or Studio Sale Vendors. Petty Cash Checking & Maintenance of Petty Cash Expenses. Receiving Vendor Invoices review them and make ready for Payments Review of expenses & account them Branch wise / Cost Centre wise. Preparing Monthly TDS Statement & Filing Returns Preparing & Maintenance of Profession Tax Monthly Payment Preparing Monthly GST Return Bank Reconciliations. Preparing Monthly MIS (Profit & Loss & Cash Flow) Statements. Paperwork for Foreign Remittances Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial
statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines

Assist in Preparing Budgets and Projection. Assist in Company Secretarial or MCA Compliances Maintain Fixed Assets Register Overlook all required company compliances with regulatory & otherwise authorities Coordinate Admin requirements for HRS/Insurance platforms

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable working in onsite setting from Tardeo, Mumbai location. Education Qualification- bachelor's in commerce/ finance, MBA in Finance or
equivalent

5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting or similar work profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands on experience in MIS Reporting, Accounting, Taxation, Payroll,
Compliance, Insurance & Tally
