Job Description

We are seeking a CA Inter-qualified professional to oversee and manage the complete finance and accounting function for the group. The role involves handling day-to-day financial operations, maintaining strong banking and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and acting as the key liaison between management and investee companies.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Accounting & Finance Operations



Manage end-to-end accounting for the group and investee companies. Ensure timely vendor payments, salary processing, and day-to-day fund management. Prepare and process customer invoices; track and clear incoming/outgoing payments. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

2. MIS & Reporting



Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating accurate MIS reports on a regular basis. Collate and analyze financial and operational data from different sources to provide actionable insights to management. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, cash flow, receivables, payables, and other key performance indicators. Maintain historical MIS records and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. Assist in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting through MIS reporting. Act as a key point of contact between finance and management for all MIS-related requirements.

3. Banking & Treasury Management



Manage relationships with banks for smooth operations, fund requirements, and compliance. Monitor cash flows, working capital requirements, and optimize fund utilization.

4. Compliance & Audit



Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for timely closure of audits. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, etc. Manage timely regulatory payments and filings. Work closely with the Company Secretary for all secretarial and ROC-related compliances.

5. Stakeholder Coordination



Act as the single point of contact between group management and investee companies on all finance-related matters. Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:



CA Inter (mandatory), with 5+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounts. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (Direct & Indirect), and regulatory compliances. Hands-on experience in preparing MIS, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/others) and MS Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing responsibilities.
