Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

10am to 7pm (Candidates should be flexible for extended hours when required)

About the Role

Yava Corp is seeking an Accounts Executive experienced in

NSDL/CDSL share transfers via SPEED-e / Easiest

,

deal/contract note handling

, and

day-to-day accounting.

The candidate must be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working beyond regular hours during peak work cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Demat & Share Transfer Operations:

Execute

share transfers

through

NSDL & CDSL SPEED-e / Easiest platforms

Handle

off-market BO-to-BO transfers

, ISIN validation, and DP coordination Maintain

demat account records, reconciliation, and transaction tracking

Deal / Contract Note Management:

Record, verify, and reconcile

deal notes / trade confirmations

Coordinate with

brokers and Depository Participants

for trade clarifications Maintain

systematic documentation (soft & hard copy)

of all transaction notes

Accounting Support:

Post

daily accounting entries

in

Tally / Zoho Books (or preferred software)

Handle

invoices, vendor payments, banking and reconciliations

Assist in

GST/TDS working, audit documentation, and compliance follow-up

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / M.Com

(or commerce background)

1-3 years of experience

in

demat operations + accounts handling

Mandatory:

Hands-on with

NSDL/CDSL SPEED-e / Easiest

Strong knowledge of

Excel & accounting software

Must be okay with extended working hours when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
