We are an Interior Design & Plywood company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance & Accounts Executive
to manage our financial operations and support management in maintaining smooth and compliant business processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting skills, a good understanding of financial regulations, and preferably prior experience in the interior design or plywood industry.
Job Summary
The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, GST and tax compliance, vendor and client reconciliations, and assisting management in financial planning. The candidate should ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in all financial transactions.
Responsibilities and Duties
.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records on a daily basis.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client billing.
Prepare and file
GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
within deadlines.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and summaries for management review.
Handle bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management for financial audits and reviews.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Create and maintain client and vendor records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaise with internal departments for timely financial updates and order fulfillment status.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
(Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (2-5 years) in accounting or finance, preferably in the
interior design or plywood sector
.
Strong knowledge of
Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting principles
.
Familiarity with GST filings, invoicing, and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication skills in
English, Kannada, and Hindi
.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Tally ERP or MS Office applications.
Prior experience handling accounts in a manufacturing, design, or trading setup.
Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
