Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Assisst in Manage the overall working capital finance function of UCO Denim including maintaining and finalizing cash flow .
- Ensuring daily monthly, quarterly and annual reports are made as per .Institutionalize financial risk assessment mechanisms and formulate financial risk policy
- Responsible for closely monitoring for forex treasury funciton and take necessary measures for achieving the budgeted rate\xe2\x80\xa2 and actively manage and control working capital to keep it within the specified limits
- Assisst in proper cash and fund management in the company
- Implement best practices of audit management and governance standard around audit & reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS & reporting of statutory, financial and management reports to the CEO, directors & investors
- Vendor management-On time payment, Periodical Reconciliation to avoid future contingencies
