Finance & Accounts - Assistant Manager

Location- Kanjurmarg

Qualification- B.COM

Preferred Qualification- CA/ CA Inter

Experience- 5+ years

Job Responsibilities-

Fixed Assets

1. Depreciation working quarterly.

Finalisation

1. Schedules for Financials.

2. Support audit processes and coordinate with auditors.

3. Assist with month-end and year-end financial close process.

GST:

1. Working knowledge of GST.

2. Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).

3. Ensure compliance with all applicable GST rules and regulations.

4. Dealing with the GST Department

5. Assist GST audit.

TDS:

1. Working knowledge of TDS.

2. Monthly TDS payment.

3. Filing of TDS returns.

Statutory Dues- PF, ESIC, MWLF:

1. Monthly reconciliation and scrutiny of PF, PT, ESIC, MWLF.

2. Maintenance of PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF Challans.

Tax Audit:

1. Assist with tax audit, provide necessary documentation and analysis.

(Clause 20 working of PF, ESIC, PT and MLWF)

Banking:

1. MSOD.

2. Quarterly Fixed Deposit Interest Working.

3. Liaising with banks

Accounts Payable:

1. Sundry Creditors scrutiny and adjustment of invoices with payments.

2. Scrutiny of creditors debit balances. Following up with respective department for debit balances.

3. Accounts payable ageing monthly.

4. Adjustment of import invoice and import payment.

5. Revaluation of outstanding creditors quarter wise.

6. MSME working for submission for half yearly return.
