Job Description

FACS Finance team manages a team of subject matter experts providing very detailed functional support between Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Risk and Operations teams and the Information Technology organization.
This role requires a developed understanding of Current processes and expertise in Derivatives, Credit Deposits-Foreign Exchange & Securities products materially affecting our balance sheet and all types of financing trade strategies covering that activity. This knowledge is required to lead the activities of executing on the Reconciliation Break resolution in Balance sheet & income statement, collaborate within and across teams. This role will ensure documentation covering multiple functions as team member will be implementing several projects collaborating with IT as a part of this initiative with all the below daily responsibilities and requirements.
In this role, you will:
This role requires a developed understanding of Current processes materially affecting our balance sheet, Income statement and all types of financing trade strategies covering that activity and Reconciliation between FACS Vs General Ledger
Responsible for executing on the activities of identifying Risk and implementing Controls including daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Collaborate with peers within and across teams in order to understand current processes, identify gaps, and document needs and execute plans within FACS Finance.
Implementation of process controls, facilitate internal and external audit and for an effective compliant architecture for daily reporting. Tasks include Documentation of Processes and Procedures, Reporting/Excel, Requirements Definition for Technology, and Testing

Required Qualifications, International:
Essential Qualifications
Engineering/B.COM/ M.COM/CFA OR M.B.A degree with 2-3 yrs. of relevant experience.
Familiarity in handling several projects collaborating with IT
Knowledge of Business Requirements Definition for Technology and Testing
Knowledge of capital market cash securities products materially impacting Balance Sheet
Strong communications and collaboration with solid work experience in SQL
Desired Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of SQL or similar Querying methods.
Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
Education: Any Graduate
