Record-to-Report (R2R)
cycle within the general ledger process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and reporting, combined with solid analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions.
Assist in preparing and maintaining the
general ledger
.
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual
closing activities
Manage
bank reconciliations (BRS)
,
fixed assets accounting
, accruals, and related activities.
Ensure timely and accurate
inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations
.
Ensure compliance with internal
SOPs, controls, and SLAs
.
Support internal and external
audit requirements
.
Coordinate and cooperate effectively with
cross-functional teams
.
Provide
team support
, including management and resolution of team issues.
Perform
ad-hoc accounting and reporting activities
as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Commerce,
M.Com, MBA (Finance)
, or equivalent qualification in the finance domain.
Minimum of
3-4 years' experience
in general ledger accounting (insert based on requirement).
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles and finance processes
.
Proficient in
data analysis
and problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
- SAP preferred.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office
, especially Excel.
Soft Skills
Knowledge of
accounting standards
and reporting practices.
Proven ability in
financial reporting and reconciliations
