• Maintain the invoice tracker updating & Invoices/approvals
• Verification of purchase invoices and postings
• 3way Matching validation (PO=GRN=IRN)
• Intercompany accounting
• Vendor SOA Reconciliation
• Knowledge on Cost allocation and cost accounting
• Processing the vendor payments
• Knowledge on GST and TDS & RCM
• Coordinate to vendors/ stake holders & internal employees
• Coordinate to Stat auditors and Internal auditors
• Provision Preparation and provision accounting
• B/S and P&L Schedule preparation
• Open GR/IR clearing
• Strong computer skills, Particularly in MS Excel and SAP S4/Hana
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts
• Good at preparing management reports for monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Team handling experience
• Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guideline on daily operational activities
