This full-time role is based in Ahmedabad and requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, specifically focusing on accounting practices using Tally ERP, GST, and TDS.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (Mandatory skill) with solid experience in its use for financial management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in financial planning and execution (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in managing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and implement corrective measures to optimize financial performance.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, prepare reports, and present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented approach to executing financial audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising the quality of financial reports.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting to assist in strategic financial planning and support decision-making processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST and TDS returns, maintaining compliance with all applicable taxes and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assist in forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information to ensure successful audits.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they reflect the company's financial status accurately.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline operations and enhance financial reporting processes.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business initiatives and drive organizational growth.
  • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry practices to ensure compliance and apply best practices.
