Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Account Manager with strong expertise in MIS reporting, P&L analysis, costing, and banking operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of accounting functions and contribute to financial decision-making with accuracy and insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets
Track and evaluate project-wise costing and expense controls
Manage banking activities, including reconciliations, payments, and coordination
Operate and maintain data using ERP software efficiently
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Take ownership of accounting systems, audits, and financial reporting
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and internal teams for financial accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in core accounting roles
Strong command over P&L, costing, balance sheet preparation
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership & accountability
Ability to handle tasks independently and deliver under deadlines
