We at Grow Learn, a leading EdTech platform offering diploma courses in Finance, are looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance Academic Mentor to guide and support our students.
Eligibility:
ACCA / CMA / CA-Inter certifications are welcome.
Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting tools/software.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Track student progress, provide timely feedback, and address learning gaps.
Conduct weekly recap sessions to reinforce learning.
Provide internship training and prepare students for assessments.
Assist students in understanding difficult concepts with clarity and patience.
Share academic meeting agendas and minutes with the HR team.
Motivate students to meet deadlines, complete assignments, and stay engaged.
Support placement coordination by sharing vacancy updates.
Coordinate with tutors and evaluate performance of classes and students.
Respond to student queries via calls, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
Provide product training to the sales team when required.
Engage in syllabus-related research and learn relevant tools for the course.
