Job Description

:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Final Inspection Before Delivery

to ensure that electric vehicles meet all quality, safety, and documentation standards before dispatch to customers or dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-delivery inspections of electric vehicles before dispatch

Verify vehicle quality, fit & finish, and functional performance

Check electrical systems, battery condition, wiring, lights, brakes, and controls

Ensure all PDI checklist items are completed and signed off

Identify defects or non-conformities and coordinate with production/QA teams for rectification

Confirm availability of documents, accessories, tools, and manuals before delivery

Maintain accurate inspection records and reports

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety norms

Support dispatch team to ensure on-time delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)

Basic knowledge of EV components and electrical systems

Understanding of quality inspection procedures

Ability to identify defects and attention to detail

Basic documentation and reporting skills

Willingness to work on the shop floor

Experience:

Fresher or 1-2 years experience in manufacturing/automobile/EV industry preferred
