FP&A Balance Sheet Analytics InfrastructureFin Solutions Intmd. Analyst - C11 - MUMBAIThe FP&A Balance Sheet Analytics Infrastructure team is accountable for driving automation of complex balance sheet and treasury simulations and optimization methodologies. This team works with the FP&A and Treasury stakeholders across various aspects of solutioning such as conceptualization, design & architecture, tool selection, technology engagement, development, testing and delivery. The objective of the team is development of robust, sustainable and flexible infrastructure so support analytics as well as to reduce EUCs and manual processes.The Fin Solutions Intmd. Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions using ETL, data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, OneStream, etc.
• Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
• Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
• Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
• Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
• Identifies and resolves problems using autonomous judgment.
• Implements workflow or process change and redesign, and uses a thorough knowledge of the specific function.
• Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as "owner".
• Assists in the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures or products.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Techno-Functional professional with an engineering undergrad with at least 3-5 years of experience related to driving digital transformation, technology automation and/or business intelligence tool roll outs as a business stakeholder or part of the program team preferably in Banking/Financial Services with global exposure

• Strong Knowledge of databases, ETL, data analytics, visualization, and business Intelligence tools to handle large amount of data.
• Experience in Python (or similar programming languages) for quantitative/statistical analysis, linear programming, etc. is preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to ask questions and ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts and requirements, related to product and process knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of MS Office skills; Excel, Access, Project, Visio, Power Point, Word
• Track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
• Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude
• Proficient knowledge of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area Knowledge of Citi FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Risk processes and their impact on Forward Looking processes is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelors/masters degree in mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
