Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboard artists and celebrities and manage them
2. Identify and implement opportunities to connect members with one another
3. Conduct quality control checks to address immediate problems, potential future problems, and areas for improvement
4. Create an environment suitable for the niche audience we'd like to cater to
5. Brainstorm events and activities that would help build a sense of togetherness and also help in the personal, professional, and educational growth of the community
Skills & Requirements:
1. Prior experience in the theatre/film/entertainment industry
2. Good communication skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
