Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Post graduation

Experience: 10 Years at least

Overall responsibility to drive the team in a better way and help the division to achieve the desired target Supervise, train, and provide work direction to the editors to ensure job requirements are met and to ensure the quality and on-time deliveries of the assigned tasks and projects. Oversee the production process and budget management of external resources. Prioritize assigned projects. Ensure the optimum utilization of the resources and achieve the quantitative and qualitative targets Responsible for script development, filming, editing, creative production, and distribution of work. Review scripts to ensure feasibility and alignment with client's needs. Building good vendors related to films (e.g. Vo artists, Cinematographers, equipment providers, production houses, etc.) at economical costs. Proactive suggestions and generate new businesses from existing clients as well pitch for new clients.
