Position:

Filling Machine Operator - Dry Powder & Ampoule

Department:

Production

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor filling machines (Dry Powder & Ampoule) as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting during production.
Ensure accurate filling, sealing, and labeling of products while minimizing wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machines and surrounding work area.
Conduct in-process checks to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Record production data and maintain logbooks as per GMP requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Follow all safety protocols and report any deviations or incidents immediately.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Science background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Injectables preferred).
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in pharma industry.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-speed filling machinery.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
