Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Supervision:

- Supervise a team of filers and polishers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Ensure that team members follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

2. Quality Control:

- Inspect jewelry products for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet company standards.

- Identify and correct defects or imperfections in products.

3. Production Planning:

- Plan and prioritize work for the filing team, ensuring that production targets are met.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

4. Training and Development:

- Train new employees on filing and polishing techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.

- Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of team members.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and procedures, and that the workshop is maintained in a safe and clean condition.

- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

2. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, including filing, polishing, and finishing.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

3. Education: Diploma or certificate in jewelry manufacturing or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
