Maintain and update filing systems (manual and electronic) for all official records, invoices, correspondence, and reports.
Label, categorize, and index files for easy identification and retrieval.
Ensure safe custody of sensitive and confidential records in compliance with organizational policies.
Regularly archive old files, maintain destruction registers, and adhere to statutory record-keeping requirements.
Retrieve documents promptly as per requests from management, auditors, or other departments.
Assist in scanning, photocopying, and uploading documents into digital repositories.
Track movement of files and maintain a log register for issue/return of records.
Support other administrative functions such as data entry, bank work, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure filing accuracy and completeness.
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred in Commerce/Arts/Management)
