We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:

• Provide expertise in Product Lifecycle, Risk Management and Artifacts management.
• Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards from a Product owner prospective.
• Provide expertise in Product understanding and managing product end to end.
• As a Consultant Specialist you will be responsible to implement CCS/Filenet business changes.
• As a Consultant Specialist you will be responsible to owned CCS/Filenet Product and ensure it is aligned with stakeholders' expectation.
• As a Consultant Specialist you will have to maintain knowledge artifacts for CCS/Filenet products.
• As a Consultant Specialist you will have to help team in fixing issues and removing blockers.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies.
• Serve as advisor, Mentor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Serve as a Scrum Master or Program Manager.
• Work with the team on the technical aspects of customer requirements and help team in implementing new solutions.
• As a Consultant Specialist learn new technologies as per business need and cascade information to team and junior staff.
• As a Consultant Specialist take complete ownership of delivery you are part of.The candidate need to participate in code build and review activities along with requirement gathering, analysis, test and production support work.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent.
• Knowledge on Search and Storage.
• Knowledge of CCS and Filenet apps
• 2+ years' experience as an individual contributor or module lead.
• Awareness of DevOps, Python, Machine Learning
• Awareness of Jenkins, Git, SonarQube.
• Awareness of Database (any of these DB2 UDB, Oracle, Sybase etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver technical messages to a non-technical audience
• Effective communication, collaboration, team, and presentation skills with a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment are essential.
• Ability to guide people to implement the right solution
