FileNet IBM Content Navigator

Must-Have Competencies

Experience with Java, Microservices, DevOps, and messaging technologies such as MQ/Kafka

Exposure to IBM ECM technologies (FileNet, Content Navigator); Insurance domain experience is a plus

Ability to define and document end-to-end solution architecture for business requirements, present to architecture boards, and obtain approvals

Skilled in creating high-level designs for complex business problems and guiding development teams through implementation

Experience in defining/documenting non-functional requirements and collaborating with performance testing teams

Conduct code reviews and recommend actions to mitigate performance and security risks

Collaborate with project management and SCRUM teams to convert business requirements into architectural and user stories

Support functional testing teams by identifying key functional and non-functional test scenarios

Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure necessary setups (load balancing, resources, backups, etc.) are in place

Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and deliver implementable recommendations

Good-to-Have Competencies

Experience leading teams of 5-7 members and mentoring them Strong analytical and communication skills

Experience in managing technically complex projects

Knowledge of agile testing processes and methodologies

Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies
