Niche Skills (Oracle, IBM SOA, Salesforce and others) Support Analyst / Developer: IV (Lead)


Must have 5+ years of experience in IBM P8 based ECM with in-depth knowledge of document capture, storage, and retrieval.


Must have 5+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting IBM P8, ICN, Case Manager, and Datacap environments.


Must have strong knowledge of AIX, Linux, and Windows application environments.


Must have working knowledge of DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL server databases.


Knowledge of building and deploying applications in WebSphere is a must.


Must demonstrate troubleshooting production system issue and resolving them with help from IBM Support.


Must have experience with supporting a Highly Available enterprise class system.


Must demonstrate experience in working on projects that involve multiple teams and business segments.


Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.
