Job Description

Experience :- Must have Civil background at least 4-5 year.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or relevant software
Strong understanding of civil drawings, specifications, and safety norms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with residential/commercial/industrial construction (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and quality standards.

Execution & Planning: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing civil construction works

Quality Assurance:

Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Coordination:

Liaise with architects, structural engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth progress of work.

Reporting:

Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and update project status to senior engineers or management.

Problem Solving:

Identify on-site issues and propose technical solutions.

Note: Must have vehicle, Cell Phone, Etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
